SAN ANTONIO, TX, Home Pros is excited to announce the appointment of Chris Cox as Head of Partnerships, a strategic new role designed to accelerate institutional deal flow and strengthen our capital partnerships across the real estate ecosystem.

With institutional investor interest accelerating, we needed a dedicated leader to own partnership strategy, investor relations, and deal flow sourcing at scale.

Chris brings deep institutional real estate experience from his tenure at Amherst, where he built and managed relationships with enterprise capital sources, proprietary deal channels, and strategic partners across the real estate ecosystem. His background includes:

  • Capital Partnerships: Sourcing and structuring relationships with institutional buyers, funds, and alternative capital
  • Deal Flow Optimization: Building scalable systems to identify, evaluate, and route high-quality opportunities
  • Investor Relations: Managing sophisticated institutional stakeholder expectations and growth partnerships
  • Market Intelligence: Deep expertise in market dynamics, acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning

Effective immediately, Chris will:

  • Oversee market expansion and geographic partnership strategy
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operations to optimize partnership profitability
